In this project we transformed the beloved tradition of Hennig-Olsen ice cream into a playful, all-pink experience, in collaboration with the graphic designers at Høien AS. From the sundae machines to the walls, floors, and even the tiled til — every inch of the space is dipped in shades of pink, as if the entire bar were swirled through a cloud of pink sugar. This immersive, monochromatic world blends nostalgia with bold design, turning every visit into a whimsical celebration of Norway’s most iconic ice cream.
